Relevant du Comptable principal, l'Analyste comptable joue un rôle central dans la production, la validation et l'analyse de l'information financière de nos entités corporatives et de nos fonds d'investissement. Ce rôle s'adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) comptable souhaitant combiner la rigueur du cycle comptable, l'analyse stratégique de fonds et la gestion fiscale dans un environnement dynamique et réglementé.

Le titulaire contribuera activement à la conformité aux normes comptables (IFRS / NCECF / US GAAP), à la gestion des risques et à l'optimisation des processus et systèmes financiers.

Vos principales responsabilités

1. Comptabilité corporative & Gestion financière

  • Produire et analyser l'information financière mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle d'Optimum Gestion de Placements inc.
  • Gérer le processus de planification et de suivi budgétaire, puis analyser les écarts.
  • Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie, la facturation et le suivi de la collection des comptes clients.
  • Préparer les dossiers de vérification et gérer la relation avec les auditeurs externes.
  • Effectuer la validation des contrôles opérationnels pour la gestion des risques et veiller à l'application des politiques internes.

2. Comptabilité des Fonds d'investissement

  • Valider et analyser l'information financière, ainsi que les états financiers semestriels et annuels des Fonds d'Optimum Gestion de Placements inc.
  • Gérer le processus d'audit des Fonds et piloter la relation avec les vérificateurs.
  • Préparer les analyses de refacturation de frais et gérer la fiscalité liée aux Fonds (répartition des taxes par province, feuillets T3, distributions trimestrielles et annuelles, optimisation fiscale).
  • Participer activement à la mise en place de nouveaux Fonds d'investissement.

3. Fiscalité & Conformité

  • Préparer les remises gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ, impôts, taxes) et assurer le suivi des déclarations fiscales.
  • Effectuer la veille des nouvelles règles fiscales et comptables ainsi que leurs impacts sur les opérations.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les autorités fiscales (fédérales et provinciales) et répondre aux demandes du département fiscal de Groupe Optimum.
  • Suivre les obligations fiscales des filiales canadiennes, américaines et européennes sous votre périmètre.

4. Projets spéciaux & Systèmes

  • Recommander et mettre en place des projets informatiques ou des améliorations de processus pour accroître l'efficacité du service comptable.
  • Participer à des projets corporatifs spéciaux pour soutenir la croissance de l'organisation.

Votre profil

  • Formation académique : Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en administration des affaires.
  • Titre professionnel : Titre CPA obtenu ou en voie d'obtention.
  • Expérience : 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité corporative ou gestion financière (expérience dans le secteur financier ou en gestion de fonds, un atout).
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français et connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais (parlé et écrit).
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise avancée du logiciel Microsoft Excel. Connaissance des normes IFRS, NCECF et US GAAP. Connaissance du logiciel Oracle Financials (un atout majeur).

  • Solide esprit d'analyse, rigueur et sens aigu du détail.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs mandats en parallèle et à respecter des échéanciers serrés dans un contexte évolutif.
  • Bon sens des affaires, leadership et orientation vers le service à la clientèle interne/externe.
  • Proactivité et capacité à développer de nouveaux processus d'affaires efficaces.
