Ils conçoivent, développent et fabriquent une gamme complète d'équipements de chauffage pour l'eau chaude domestique et pour les systèmes hydroniques.

Elle est reconnue comme étant un chef de file dans la recherche de solutions innovatrices pour des applications résidentielles, commerciales et institutionnelles.

LES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE

Relevant de la directrice finance et administration, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la l’amélioration et l’optimisation des processus comptables et financiers de l’entreprise. Ce nouveau rôle vous permettra de contribuer à l’implantation d’un ERP tout en mettant de l’avant vos compétences pour l’analyse financière et la gestion de la comptabilité.

TON RÔLE AU QUOTIDIEN

• Mettre à jour, automatiser/moderniser les processus comptables et financiers actuels de l’entreprise en proposant des outils facilitant et innovant pour le futur ;

• Agir en tant que leader du processus de prix de revient et analyse de rentabilité ;

• Participer/être partie prenante de l’implantation d’un ERP au niveau financier dans les prochains mois ;

• Participer activement à la définition et à l’implantation de KPIs financiers ;

• Effectuer les rapports de ventes mensuelles, le suivi des rabais volumes, des programmes de ventes et des commissions ;

• Participer au processus budgétaire ;

• Supporter les activités opérationnelles comptables de l’entreprise (gestion des assurances collectives et du RVER, agir à titre de 2e personne ressource pour la gestion de la paie, etc.)

• Effectuer le suivi des projets spéciaux en production et R&D ;

• Agir à titre de collaborateurs financiers sur divers mandats, projets et initiatives stratégiques de différents départements.

EXIGENCES

• Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, comptabilité, TI, comptabilité ou une combinaison de formations pertinentes (le titre CPA est un atout)

• Maitrise d’Excel à un niveau avancé

• Aptitude à s’approprier et utiliser des outils comme Power BI, Power Query et un ERP

• Expérience préalable en opérations manufacturières (atout)

• Excellentes compétences en communication, facilitant le travail collaboratif et la coordination des parties prenante

• Capacité à s’approprier efficacement de nouveaux outils, à les comprendre et à les utiliser de façon autonome.

• Sens des priorités et rigueur, assurant la qualité et la conformité des livrables

• Aptitude à analyser et structurer l’information, en simplifiant des notions complexes pour les traduire en solutions pratiques et efficaces.
