Dans le cadre d'une création de poste liée à notre croissance et à notre transformation organisationnelle, nous recherchons un(e) Analyste financier et comptabilité. Relevant directement du Vice-président finances, vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe restreinte, dynamique et stable. Ce rôle clé offre une perspective d'évolution directe vers la prise en charge globale des responsabilités comptables de l'entreprise.

Vos trois piliers d'impact

Analyse financière et performance manufacturière

  • Collaborer à la gestion, au suivi et à l'optimisation du prix de revient ainsi que des coûts de fabrication.
  • Développer, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) financiers et opérationnels.
  • Interagir de manière proactive avec les équipes de production afin d'analyser les flux opérationnels et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration.
  • Réaliser des analyses financières stratégiques pour appuyer la prise de décision de la direction.

Projet ERP et optimisation des processus

  • Agir à titre de personne-ressource financière dans le cadre du projet d'implantation de l'ERP (Oracle NetSuite).
  • Participer à la révision, la validation et l'optimisation de la structure comptable et des grands livres.
  • Veiller à l'intégrité des données financières, à la mise en place de contrôles internes et à la standardisation des processus.

Opérations comptables

  • Soutenir la réalisation du cycle comptable complet et participer aux fermetures mensuelles et annuelles.
  • Assurer une veille sur les pratiques administratives et financières pour en garantir l'efficience.

Profil recherché

Exigences techniques

  • Formation : Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, comptabilité ou finance (le titre CPA constitue un atout).
  • Expérience : 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en finance ou comptabilité au sein d'un environnement manufacturier.
  • Systèmes : Maîtrise des systèmes ERP (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP ou équivalent) et excellente connaissance d'Excel.
  • Compétences financières : Maîtrise éprouvée de l'analyse des coûts de revient et de la comptabilité de gestion.

Aptitudes personnelles

  • Approche terrain : Aisance à s'imprégner de la réalité des usines et à collaborer avec les équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Autonomie et rigueur : Esprit d'analyse aiguisé, souci du détail et capacité à identifier et communiquer rapidement les enjeux.
  • Communication : Capacité à vulgariser l'information financière et à adapter son discours à des interlocuteurs variés.

Conditions de travail et avantages

  • Rémunération : Échelle salariale compétitive.
  • Horaire de travail : 36 heures par semaine. Du lundi au jeudi : 8 h 00 à 17 h 00 (présentiel). Le vendredi : 8 h 00 à 12 h 00 (télétravail).
  • Assurances collectives : Régime complet (maladie, vie, invalidité, voyage) payé à 50 % par l'employeur.
  • Retraite : REER collectif avec contribution de l'employeur (jusqu'à 500 $ par an).
  • Vacances : 3 semaines de vacances, auxquelles s'ajoute la période de fermeture payée pendant le temps des Fêtes.
