Sous la responsabilité de la direction, vous serez au cœur des activités financières, fiscales et stratégiques de Gestion Optimum inc. et d'Optimum Foncier inc. Ce rôle s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) comptable d'expérience recherchant un impact concret au sein d'un environnement corporatif qui valorise l'autonomie, l'esprit critique et la capacité de synthèse.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé à forte valeur ajoutée en combinant la rigueur comptable, l'expertise fiscale internationale, l'analyse d'investissements et l'optimisation des processus organisationnels.

Vos principales responsabilités

1. Fiscalité corporative & Conformité

  • Piloter les obligations de conformité fiscale pour l'ensemble des filiales canadiennes, américaines et européennes, tout en soutenant le volet fiscal des fonds communs.
  • Agir à titre d'expert(e) interne et de personne-ressource pour l'ensemble des enjeux fiscaux complexes.
  • Collaborer avec le département fiscal du Groupe Optimum pour la préparation des déclarations fiscales, des dossiers de crédits d'impôt (RS&DE) et des subventions.

2. Comptabilité & Analyse financière

  • Produire la comptabilité, les états financiers (non consolidés et consolidés sous normes à capital fermé) et les analyses financières pour les sociétés canadiennes et étrangères.
  • Piloter le processus de planification budgétaire, analyser les écarts et émettre des recommandations d'optimisation.
  • Préparer les dossiers d'évaluation/vérification et gérer les relations avec les auditeurs externes.

3. Analyse d'investissements & Projets corporatifs

  • Élaborer et valider les analyses financières de projets d'investissement (calculs et modélisations de ROI, VAN, TRI).
  • Recommander des stratégies visant à améliorer la rentabilité globale et à impacter favorablement le bilan financier des entités.
  • Collaborer avec la direction sur des projets corporatifs stratégiques en assurant leur faisabilité et leur mise en œuvre.

4. Efficacité opérationnelle & Amélioration des processus

  • Concevoir, structurer et automatiser les processus financiers afin d'accroître la fiabilité et la rapidité de l'information financière.
  • Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour soutenir la prise de décision de la direction.
  • Maintenir une documentation claire, structurée et uniforme des processus et activités comptables.

Votre profil

  • Titre professionnel : Titre CPA obligatoire.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité et fiscalité canadienne (en cabinet ou milieu corporatif).
  • Langues : Bilinguisme fluide en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit), requis pour interagir avec les filiales hors Québec.
  • Compétences techniques : Excellente maîtrise d'Excel (fonctions avancées et modélisation). Connaissance du logiciel Oracle Financials (un atout). Connaissance du secteur financier ou immobilier (un atout).
  • Qualités recherchées : Grande autonomie, rigueur, vision stratégique, souci du détail et aisance à gérer plusieurs dossiers complexes simultanément dans des échéanciers serrés.
