Responsabilités du poste

  • Rédaction de devis;
  • Conception d’aménagement et de bâtiments;
  • Conception de détails architecturaux d’intérieur et d’enveloppe du bâtiment;
  • Préparation d’estimations budgétaires;
  • Surveillance de chantier;
  • Travailler à des propositions d’honoraires et rédaction de mandats;
  • Prise de besoins auprès des clients;
  • Travailler aux diverses étapes d’un projet d’architecture Présentation de livrables auprès de clients;
  • Coordination du travail et des membres de l’équipe;
  • Rédaction de rapports, procès-verbaux.

Profil recherché

  • Un titre de l’ordre des architectes du Québec;
  • 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle;
  • Une connaissance détaillée des systèmes de construction des bâtiments au Québec et du CNB-CCQ;
  • Expertise en enveloppe du bâtiment;
  • Une expérience avec les logiciels REVIT, Autocad, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign et Illustrator, et la Suite MS Office;
  • Apprécie les échanges d’idées en ayant une ouverture d’esprit;
  • Exécute les projets de manière à viser l’excellence;
  • Innove, grâce à tes idées créatives;
  • Gère bien le niveau de stress.
