À titre d'assistante ou assistant juridique chez RCGT, vous aurez à :

  • Procéder à l’ouverture des mandats;
  • Faire un suivi rigoureux des tâches en vertu des délais légaux de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité et selon les normes internes;
  • Effectuer la production, la révision et la livraison de différents documents selon les normes internes et délais exigés (correction, structure, cohérence, mise en page, etc.);
  • Assurer une gestion hebdomadaire de la facturation et des encaissements;
  • Communiquer avec les différents intervenants aux dossiers (avocats, banquiers, créanciers, etc.);
  • Contribuer à l’équipe en réalisant toute autre tâche administrative connexe.

Voici les compétences et qualités dont nous avons besoin :

  • Un diplôme en secrétariat juridique, secrétariat ou autre formation pertinente;
  • Un minimum de 1 année d'expérience en travail administratif (dans le domaine du redressement et insolvabilité un atout);
  • Excellentes compétences techniques des logiciels de la suite Office (Outlook, Word et Excel);
  • Excellente maîtrise du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
  • Capacité démontrée d'organisation, d'autonomie, d'efficacité et discrétion;
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe ainsi que sur plusieurs dossiers à la fois.
