BHS Composites, entreprise manufacturière québécoise spécialisée en conception et fabrication de pièces en matériaux composites, est à la recherche d’un(e) chargé(e) de projet pour joindre son équipe.

Depuis près de 30 ans, l’entreprise contribue à des projets d’envergure dans des secteurs variés comme le transport électrique, les simulateurs de vol, le médical et les produits récréatifs, en développant des solutions innovantes et durables.

Ton rôle au quotidien

Aux côtés de 4 autres collègues, tu auras pour mission principale de planifier, coordonner et superviser l’ensemble des activités nécessaires à la réalisation ainsi qu’au respect des livrables des projets dont tu auras la responsabilité.

Au cœur des projets, tu agis comme lien entre le client, l’ingénierie et la production. Tu prends en charge les projets de A à Z, de la compréhension du besoin jusqu’à la livraison.

Concrètement, tu seras amené(e) à :

  • Comprendre les besoins clients et évaluer la faisabilité technique
  • Structurer les projets (offres, nomenclatures, instructions de travail)
  • Planifier et coordonner la mise en production avec les équipes internes
  • Assurer le suivi des échéanciers, de la qualité et des livrables
  • Accompagner les clients tout au long du projet (suivis, visites, ajustements)
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue via les bilans de projets

Un rôle à la fois technique, relationnel et concret, où tu vois directement l’impact de ton travail sur les produits livrés.

Ton profil

  • Formation en génie mécanique, industriel ou domaine connexe
  • Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets en milieu manufacturier
  • Bilinguisme français / anglais (clients et fournisseurs)
  • Tu apprécies être dans l’action et t’impliquer sur le terrain avec la production et les opérations
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle avec rigueur et autonomie
  • Esprit d’équipe, sens client et aisance à résoudre des problèmes
