Un rôle clé pour concevoir, estimer et livrer !

Soudure Saint-Denis, acteur reconnu du secteur manufacturier en Estrie, est spécialisée dans la fabrication et l'installation de structures d'acier, ainsi que dans la réalisation de projets mécanosoudés sur mesure, des petits travaux aux grandes réalisations.

Ce poste s’adresse à une personne à l’aise autant avec les plans qu’avec les clients, qui sait jongler entre la conception, l’estimation et le suivi de production, et qui trouve sa motivation dans la réalisation concrète de projets techniques.

Le rôle

Relevant directement du président, le ou la Chargé(e) de projets – Appareils de levage chez Soudure Saint-Denis est appelé(e) à prendre en charge des projets d’appareils de levage de la soumission jusqu’à la livraison finale (dessins, fabrication, installation et satisfaction client). Vous êtes au cœur des opérations, agissant comme lien clé entre les clients, la conception et le plancher de production, en collaboration avec votre équipe.

LE QUOTIDIEN

  • Préparer les soumissions pour les projets de fabrication et d’installation.
  • Analyser les plans, croquis, devis et demandes clients.
  • Estimer les coûts (matériel, dessin, ingénierie, fabrication, peinture, transport, installation).
  • Effectuer ou coordonner les calculs de poutres, connexions, plaques, ancrages et structures de support.
  • Coordonner les dessins de fabrication avec les dessinateurs.
  • Assurer le suivi avec les clients, fournisseurs, sous-traitants, l'atelier et l’équipe d’installation.
  • Planifier les travaux de fabrication et d’installation.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité, des coûts et des délais.
  • Préparer les dossiers techniques, notes de calcul, documents de projet et demandes de changement.
  • Participer à la résolution de problèmes techniques en atelier ou sur le chantier.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Formation en génie civil, génie mécanique, technique de génie civil/mécanique ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience en structure d’acier, mécanosoudé, appareils de levage ou fabrication métallique.
  • Capacité à comprendre et valider des calculs structuraux et excellente lecture de plans.
  • Sens de l’organisation, gestion des priorités, autonomie et rigueur pour gérer plusieurs dossiers de front.
  • Membre de l’OIQ, CPI ou technologue senior (un atout important).
