Misión:

Asegurar la correcta implementación de las estrategias de Comunicación Corporativa, garantizando coherencia, visibilidad y eficiencia en la ejecución de iniciativas, y contribuyendo a la consolidación y escalabilidad del área a través de una gestión ordenada, integrada y orientada a resultados.

Principales funciones:

  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las iniciativas definidas dentro de la estrategia de Comunicación Corporativa, asegurando su implementación en tiempo y forma.
  • Coordinar el día a día con agencias y proveedores externos, gestionando entregables, validaciones y cumplimiento de lineamientos.
  • Gestionar el seguimiento de planes de comunicación, asegurando visibilidad de avances, cumplimiento de hitos y detección de desvíos.
  • Colaborar en la construcción y bajada de narrativa, mensajes clave y contenidos institucionales, asegurando coherencia entre canales y audiencias.
  • Consolidar información de múltiples iniciativas en curso, facilitando la priorización y organización del área.
  • Monitorear la ejecución de campañas e iniciativas, recopilando métricas e indicadores básicos de desempeño.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en Comunicación Corporativa, Agencias o afines, con foco en ejecución y gestión de iniciativas.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos en simultáneo, con fuerte orientación a organización y seguimiento.
  • Experiencia en coordinación con agencias y proveedores externos.
  • Buen criterio comunicacional y capacidad de toma de decisiones en la ejecución.
  • Habilidad para desarrollar contenidos y adaptar mensajes a distintos formatos y audiencias.
  • Manejo de herramientas de reporting y presentaciones (PowerPoint, Excel, deseable Power BI).
  • Formación universitaria en Comunicación, Publicidad o afines.
