La Gerencia Corporativa de IT busca incorporar Desarrolladores para seguir agilizando el crecimiento para el desarrollo regional.

El equipo de desarrolladores será el ejecutor clave en la construcción y evolución de soluciones de soluciones técnicas para las plataformas. El rol se centra en desarrollar componentes modulares, escalables y seguros que soporten la operación de productos y servicios digitales. Este equipo trabajará de manera estrecha con los líderes técnicos, arquitectos y otros equipos de ingeniería para garantizar que las plataformas y los productos sean resilientes, eficientes y estén alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.

¿Cuáles serán tus desafíos?

  • Construir y mantener componentes de plataforma, productos y servicios alineados al negocio, según los lineamientos técnicos definidos, aportando sugerencias de mejora y retroalimentación en la arquitectura.
  • Implementar prácticas de desarrollo que aseguren la calidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de los servicios de la plataforma.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar pruebas automatizadas e integraciones que validen el correcto funcionamiento y la robustez de los componentes.
  • Diseñar herramientas y soluciones de automatización que mejoren la eficiencia operativa y reduzcan tareas manuales.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera proactiva, proponiendo mejoras continuas en el desempeño y resiliencia de la plataforma.

Requisitos

¿Qué competencias técnicas valoramos?

  • Lenguaje: Requerido Java 8 /10, Deseable Java 17+
  • Frameworks: Requerido Spring Boot, Spring Data (JPA/Hibernate), Spring Security, deseable Quarkus, Spring Cloud.
  • APIs: Requerido Diseño e implementación de APIs RESTful y Deseable gRPC.
  • Frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • 13+Framework
  • Librería: React 18 (Hooks, Context API, Server Components).
  • Lenguaje: TypeScript (indispensable).
  • UI: Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Styled-components.
  • Rendimiento: Deseable Experiencia en SSR, SSG, ISR y optimización de Core Web Vitals.
  • Bases de Datos Relacionales y no relacionales requerido.

¿Qué trayectoria valoramos?

  • Amplios conocimientos de desarrollo y mantenimiento de plataformas digitales, desarrollo de productos y servicios, incluyendo integración de sistemas, APIs y arquitecturas modernas (microservicios, contenedores, nube), y conocimiento práctico en automatización y despliegue continuo.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles.
  • Experiencia de más de 5 años en el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas, preferentemente en entornos financieros o de alta disponibilidad, idealmente en equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia en la escritura de pruebas unitarias, de integración y automatización, orientadas a garantizar estabilidad y confiabilidad de la plataforma.
