El Especialista de Identidades Cloud tendrá el desafío de diseñar, implementar y administrar soluciones que garanticen la protección de identidades, accesos y datos en la nube, alineadas con las mejores prácticas y regulaciones aplicables con foco en entornos Azure, AWS, GCP.

Algunos de estos desafíos son:

  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener procesos de Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Implementar y mantener políticas de identidad y acceso (IAM), incluyendo Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) y Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Gestionar la integración de aplicaciones y servicios con Azure AD, asegurando autenticación segura (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • Supervisar y optimizar el uso de roles y permisos en entornos cloud, garantizando el principio de mínimo privilegio.
  • Colaborar en proyectos de Zero Trust y estrategias de seguridad en la nube.
  • Monitorear y responder a alertas de seguridad relacionadas con identidades y accesos.
  • Participar en proyectos de migración y modernización de identidades hacia entornos Cloud.
  • Documentar procedimientos, políticas y configuraciones según estándares corporativos y regulatorios (ej. BCRA).

Requisitos

Buscamos que este profesional cuente con las siguientes habilidades y recorrido profesional:

  • Experiencia comprobada en Microsoft Azure y AWS. Deseable GCP.
  • Experiencia en implementación de MFA, PIM, Conditional Access.
  • Conocimiento de protocolos de autenticación: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect.
  • Conocimiento en Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud y herramientas de monitoreo.
  • Experiencia en entornos Cloud (Azure y AWS), con foco en gestión de seguridad en AWS (IAM, políticas, roles, permisos).
  • Experiencia en automatización con PowerShell y/o Azure CLI.
  • Conocimientos de arquitecturas, tecnologías y plataformas de seguridad
  • Pensamiento analítico y orientación a la seguridad.
  • Orientación al cliente y resultados, con buenas competencias de comunicación para coordinar el equipo
  • Dominio de idioma inglés
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares
  • Ingeniero o Licenciado en Sistemas, o carreras afines
  • Se valoran certificaciones internacionales como CISSP, Security+, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Azure Security Engineer.
