Estamos incorporando DevSecOps para sumarse al equipo de Ciberseguridad y participar en la implementación, automatización y evolución de prácticas de seguridad a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo y la operación de aplicaciones.

¿Cuáles serán sus principales desafíos?

  • Integrar controles de seguridad en procesos de desarrollo y pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Implementar y automatizar pruebas de seguridad (SAST, DAST, SCA, análisis de Infraestructura como Código y escaneo de vulnerabilidades).
  • Participar en la definición e implementación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo seguro y enfoque Shift Left.
  • Colaborar en la gestión de vulnerabilidades, remediación y respuesta ante incidentes de seguridad.
  • Administrar y optimizar herramientas de seguridad para entornos DevOps.
  • Trabajar junto a equipos de Desarrollo, Infraestructura, Arquitectura y Ciberseguridad para fortalecer la postura de seguridad de las plataformas.
  • Documentar procesos, estándares y configuraciones de seguridad.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de la automatización y las prácticas DevSecOps.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos?

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en DevSecOps, Seguridad Aplicativa o Seguridad de Infraestructura.
  • Experiencia en CI/CD y automatización de controles de seguridad.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia con herramientas como SAST, DAST, SCA y análisis de Infraestructura como Código (IaC).
  • Conocimientos de frameworks y buenas prácticas de seguridad (NIST, CIS y Zero Trust).
  • Conocimientos en gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM) y seguridad en entornos cloud.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Inglés técnico.
  • Será valorado: Experiencia en entornos regulados (BCRA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS u otros). Conocimientos de GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes y plataformas cloud (AWS o Azure). Certificaciones vinculadas a DevSecOps, Cloud Security o Ciberseguridad.
  • Formación académica en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Sistemas o carreras afines.
