Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Arquitecto/a de Dominio para sumarse a un entorno de transformación tecnológica dentro de la industria financiera.

¿Cual será tu misión?

Definir y evolucionar la arquitectura tecnológica y funcional de un dominio específico del negocio bancario (Pagos, Créditos, Clientes, Canales, entre otros), asegurando su alineación con el modelo de referencia BIAN y con las necesidades estratégicas del negocio.

Buscamos perfiles con visión integral, capacidad de liderazgo técnico y fuerte orientación a la estandarización, interoperabilidad y escalabilidad de soluciones.

Prinicipales desafios:

  • Diseñar y mantener la arquitectura de referencia del dominio asignado, alineada con el modelo BIAN (Service Domains y Service Operations).
  • Mapear capacidades de negocio, aplicaciones y flujos de información dentro del dominio.
  • Liderar el diseño de soluciones funcionales y técnicas, promoviendo la reutilización y estandarización de componentes.
  • Asesorar a equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura y producto sobre patrones, tecnologías y principios arquitectónicos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de transformación digital, modernización de core bancario, integración de canales y automatización de procesos.
  • Colaborar en la definición de roadmaps de arquitectura y en la evaluación de nuevas tecnologías.
  • Analizar impactos técnicos y funcionales frente a cambios regulatorios o necesidades del negocio.
  • Velar por la calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo de las soluciones implementadas.
  • Contribuir activamente a la gobernanza y evolución de la arquitectura empresarial.

Requisitos

¿Que esperamos de vos?

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en roles de Arquitectura de Dominio, preferentemente en entidades financieras.
  • Conocimiento sólido de procesos y productos bancarios (préstamos, pagos, cuentas, canales, entre otros).
  • Experiencia práctica trabajando con el framework BIAN (deseable certificación).
  • Conocimiento de marcos de arquitectura como TOGAF, ArchiMate o similares.
  • Experiencia en integración basada en APIs (REST, OpenAPI, SOAP), mensajería (MQ, Kafka) y estándares como ISO 20022.
  • Conocimientos de arquitecturas cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).
  • Experiencia en microservicios, contenedores y soluciones distribuidas.
  • Conocimiento en modelado de capacidades y procesos (BPMN).
  • Deseable experiencia en prácticas DevSecOps y automatización de pipelines.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo e influencia técnica, Visión estratégica y orientación al negocio , Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo, Capacidad para adaptarse en entornos complejos y regulados.
