A BUILD WAY está em busca de profissional experiente para atuar como Pedreiro(a) em obras de construção civil, com foco em alvenaria. Procuramos alguém comprometido com a qualidade, o bom acabamento e a segurança em todas as etapas do trabalho.

A atuação será presencial, em obras conforme a necessidade da empresa, com disponibilidade para viagens durante todo o período de trabalho.

Principais responsabilidades

Assentar blocos e tijolos, garantindo a correta execução da alvenaria. Executar serviços de chapisco, reboco, contrapiso e acabamento. Assentar revestimentos cerâmicos e outros materiais conforme as especificações da obra. Interpretar projetos arquitetônicos e estruturais para realizar os serviços com precisão. Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e seguro. Cumprir as normas de segurança e utilizar corretamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs).

Contratação e local de trabalho

Horário:\\ segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h, com 1h15 de intervalo; Regime de contratação: CLT. Modalidade: presencial. Local: obras conforme a necessidade da empresa. Disponibilidade para viagens durante 100% do período de trabalho — requisito obrigatório.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Experiência comprovada como pedreiro, especialmente em serviços de alvenaria. Experiência no assentamento de blocos e tijolos. Habilidade para executar chapisco, reboco, contrapiso e acabamentos. Conhecimento em assentamento de revestimentos cerâmicos e outros materiais. Capacidade de interpretar plantas e projetos arquitetônicos e estruturais. Conhecimento e prática das normas de segurança e uso correto de EPIs.

Comprometimento, responsabilidade e proatividade. Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe. Atenção à qualidade e ao acabamento dos serviços. Organização e cuidado com a segurança no ambiente de trabalho.

Disponibilidade obrigatória

Disponibilidade para viajar durante todo o período de trabalho e atuar em diferentes localidades, conforme a necessidade das obras.Informações adicionaisVale-transporte;

Vale alimentação (VA): R$ 30,00 por dia trabalhado;

Adicional de periculosidade: 30% sobre o salário.
