Segunda a sexta-feira 08h às 18h com 1h e 15 de intervalo ( 12h a 13:15)

Responsabilidades

Apoiar as rotinas gerais de Recursos Humanos; Auxiliar nos processos de admissão, integração e desligamento; Organizar e manter atualizados arquivos e documentos da área; Dar suporte aos colaboradores em dúvidas relacionadas a procedimentos internos; Apoiar o controle de ponto, benefícios e demais rotinas administrativas de RH; Realizar atividades de recrutamento e seleção; Acompanhar prazos e garantir o cumprimento dos processos internos; Manter relacionamento cordial e assertivo com diferentes áreas da empresa.

Ensino médio completo; ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas será considerado um diferencial; Conhecimento básico de rotinas de RH e administrativas; Familiaridade com Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Word; Organização de documentos e controle de informações; Boa escrita e comunicação para atendimento interno.

Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade; Discrição e confidencialidade no tratamento de informações; Boa capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; Perfil cordial, empático e com postura profissional; Capacidade de lidar com demandas simultâneas e prazos.
