En Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa buscamos incorporar Cocineros/as y Ayudantes de Cocina para reforzar nuestro equipo de Cocina.

Buscamos personas con ganas de aprender, trabajar en equipo y cuidar cada detalle, que quieran formar parte de un entorno dinámico donde la calidad del producto y la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes son protagonistas.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formarás parte del equipo de Cocina, colaborando en la preparación y elaboración de nuestra oferta gastronómica y asegurando los estándares de calidad, presentación, higiene y organización establecidos por el hotel.

Dependiendo de tu experiencia, podrás incorporarte como Cocinero/a o Ayudante de Cocina.

Como Cocinero/a:

  • Preparar, elaborar y presentar los platos correspondientes a tu partida.
  • Realizar la mise en place y garantizar una correcta organización durante el servicio.
  • Controlar la calidad, conservación y aprovechamiento de las materias primas.
  • Mantener los estándares de presentación y calidad establecidos.
  • Colaborar con el resto del equipo para garantizar un servicio ágil y coordinado.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y APPCC.

Como Ayudante de Cocina:

  • Apoyar al equipo en la preparación y elaboración de alimentos.
  • Realizar tareas de mise en place: limpieza, corte y preparación de materias primas.
  • Colaborar en el montaje y presentación de platos.
  • Mantener limpia, ordenada y correctamente preparada la zona de trabajo.
  • Apoyar durante los diferentes servicios y partidas de cocina.
  • Cumplir con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación relacionada con Cocina, Gastronomía u Hostelería, valorable según el puesto.
  • Experiencia previa en cocina profesional, especialmente para la posición de Cocinero/a.
  • Conocimientos básicos de manipulación y conservación de alimentos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y desenvolverse en servicios de alto ritmo.
  • Organización, agilidad y atención al detalle.
  • Actitud positiva, responsabilidad y orientación a la calidad.
  • Disponibilidad y flexibilidad horaria.
