En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower buscamos incorporar un/a estudiante en prácticas de Coordinación de Eventos para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Groups & Events.

Durante tus prácticas tendrás la oportunidad de conocer de primera mano cómo se planifican, coordinan y desarrollan eventos corporativos, reuniones, congresos y celebraciones, trabajando junto a un equipo profesional y en contacto con diferentes departamentos del hotel.

¿Qué aprenderás durante tus prácticas?

  • Apoyo en la planificación y coordinación de eventos desde su confirmación hasta su realización.
  • Seguimiento de las necesidades y peticiones de cada cliente.
  • Preparación y actualización de la documentación relacionada con los eventos.
  • Coordinación con departamentos como Food & Beverage, Cocina, Recepción, Comercial y Operaciones.
  • Apoyo en la organización de espacios, montajes, horarios y servicios asociados a cada evento.
  • Contacto y seguimiento con clientes antes, durante y después del evento.
  • Apoyo al equipo en la gestión simultánea de diferentes eventos y grupos.
  • Seguimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio del hotel.
  • Desarrollo de habilidades de organización, comunicación, atención al cliente y resolución de incidencias.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiante de Turismo, Hospitality Management, Organización de Eventos, Protocolo, ADE o formación relacionada.
  • Posibilidad de formalizar un convenio de prácticas con la universidad o centro de estudios.
  • Interés por desarrollarse profesionalmente en el área de Eventos y Hospitality.
  • Persona organizada, dinámica y con atención al detalle.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar diferentes tareas simultáneamente.
  • Buen nivel de inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Outlook, Word y Excel.
