En tant que Consultant Change & Transformation chez Hubvisory, tu accompagnes les Directions de nos clients grands comptes dans l'évolution de leurs organisations. Ta mission : faire passer les entreprises d'une logique Projet à une logique Produit durable, et orchestrer le changement humain et méthodologique qui va avec.

🎯 Ta mission

  • Conduire le changement de bout en bout : acculturation des équipes, accompagnement des managers, levée des résistances, déploiement de modèles agiles à l'échelle
  • Définir les bons modèles d'organisation Produit (gouvernance, rôles, rituels) en alignant vision stratégique et exécution terrain
  • Installer une culture orientée valeur : OKR, KPIs stratégiques, nouveaux modes de pilotage
  • Coacher et faire grandir les équipes Produit (PM, PO, leads) en leur apportant méthode, structure et vision
  • Naviguer dans des environnements politiques complexes : communication stratégique C-level, alignement Business / Tech / Métiers

Tu interviens chez des acteurs comme Decathlon, Saint-Gobain, France TV ou Carrefour, sur des transformations où l'enjeu n'est pas l'outil mais le changement de toute une organisation.

🔍 Le profil recherché

  • 5 à 8 ans d'expérience, dont une partie significative en cabinet de conseil (organisation, management, stratégie ou transformation digitale)
  • Maîtrise du change management de bout en bout : cadrage, gouvernance, déploiement, mesure d'adoption
  • Connaissance des modèles d'agilité organisationnelle (SAFe, Spotify, frameworks hybrides)
  • Sensibilité Produit : tu comprends la logique Discovery/Delivery et tu sais pourquoi la transformation ne se limite pas à "mettre des PO partout"
  • Soft skills : posture conseil crédible face aux dirigeants, leadership d'influence (fédérer sans autorité hiérarchique), intelligence situationnelle

💰 Rémunération : 52-68K€ fixe + variable + intéressement

  3. Entretien de projection avec un VP ou cofondateur (90 min)
