Chez Hubvisory, tu ne te contentes pas de superviser des roadmaps : tu incarnes la vision produit et transformes les organisations de nos clients pour en faire des moteurs de croissance. En tant que Product Leader, tu interviens dans des contextes complexes à fort enjeu stratégique pour guider les collectifs Product vers une maturité d'excellence. Ton rôle est d'allier vision stratégique, leadership d'influence et transformation organisationnelle pour aligner les produits sur les objectifs business les plus ambitieux.

Ce que tu fais concrètement :

  • Tu définis et portes une vision produit claire et inspirante. Tu transformes les enjeux business en une direction produit cohérente, capable de fédérer l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
  • Tu encadres et fais grandir les équipes Product. Tu agis comme un mentor pour les Product Managers, en structurant leurs méthodes et en élevant leur niveau d'exigence au quotidien.
  • Tu pilotes les priorités et supervises le cycle de vie produit. En t'appuyant sur la data, le marché et les retours utilisateurs, tu garantis que chaque décision de delivery sert la stratégie globale.
  • Tu transformes la gouvernance produit. Tu accompagnes nos clients dans leur montée en maturité, en optimisant les organisations et en assurant l'alignement permanent entre vision, enjeux business et exécution terrain.
  • Tu participes à la vie d'Hubvisory. Tu développes ta posture de référent et d'influence, tu partages tes retours d'expérience et tu contribues activement à faire rayonner notre expertise en transformation produit.

👉 Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Tu justifies d'au moins 7 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le monde du produit digital, dont plusieurs années dans des rôles de leadership ou de management d'équipe. Ou tu viens du coaching Agile, du management de transformation, et tu as une vraie volonté de progresser vers une posture Product Leader : c'est un chemin que nous accompagnons activement chez Hubvisory.
  • Tu possèdes une forte capacité à prendre de la hauteur sur les sujets d'organisation et de gouvernance. Tu es capable de diagnostiquer les points de blocage d'une organisation produit et de proposer des plans de transformation concrets.
  • Trois qualités qui font la différence ici : une posture de partenaire stratégique auprès des C-levels, une intelligence émotionnelle forte pour fédérer des collectifs, et une aisance naturelle à incarner une vision dans des contextes de transformation complexes.
  • Bonus : tu as travaillé sur du design d'organisation produit (structuration de rôles, maturité méthodologique, refonte de gouvernance) ? C'est exactement ce qu'on cherche pour nos clients en transformation.
