Tout le monde parle de "culture data". Très peu savent transformer une stack data en décisions produit concrètes.

En tant que Product Manager Data chez Hubvisory, tu construis et pilotes des produits data à forte valeur business pour nos clients grands comptes. Tu fais le pont entre les équipes data/analytics, les métiers et la vision produit pour que la donnée serve les utilisateurs, pas seulement les dashboards.

🎯 Ta mission

  • Identifier et cadrer les cas d'usage data à fort impact : personnalisation, scoring, automatisation, aide à la décision
  • Structurer la Discovery data : cartographie des sources, qualité des données, faisabilité, valeur business attendue
  • Piloter la roadmap data produit en environnement agile, en collaboration étroite avec les data engineers, data analysts et data scientists
  • Définir les KPIs et mesurer l'impact réel des produits data déployés
  • Porter la vision data auprès des directions métier et des C-levels, en traduisant la complexité technique en bénéfices business clairs

Tu interviens chez des acteurs comme Club Med, Boulanger, SNCF ou Leroy Merlin, là où la donnée est un actif stratégique et pas un sujet technique relégué à la DSI.

🔍 Le profil recherché

  • 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en Product Management, dont au moins une expérience significative sur un produit data (data platform, analytics produit, data marketplace, outil de scoring/segmentation...)
  • Bonne compréhension des écosystèmes data : pipelines, modèles de données, outils de BI/analytics, bases de données
  • Capacité à dialoguer avec des profils data engineers et data scientists sans être développeur
  • Culture data et orientation valeur (KPI, OKR, mesure d'impact)
  • Soft skills : rigueur analytique, communication claire auprès de profils techniques et métier, autonomie

💰 Rémunération : 46-58K€ fixe + variable + intéressement
