En tant que Product Manager chez Hubvisory, tu es la référence produit auprès de nos clients grands comptes pour piloter la conception et le delivery de produits digitaux à fort impact business.

🎯 Ta mission

  • Conduire les phases de Discovery : entretiens utilisateurs, cadrage des besoins, personas, JTBD, benchmarks
  • Piloter la conception produit avec les équipes Design et Tech (prototypage, story mapping, customer flows)
  • Assurer le delivery en environnement agile : backlog, priorisation, roadmap, sprint planning
  • Installer une culture de la performance : KPI, OKR, mesure d'impact
  • Challenger les parties prenantes et porter une posture conseil auprès des directions métier

Notre objectif : faire de toi un Product Manager reconnu pour ta capacité à délivrer de la valeur dans des contextes exigeants, et t'amener progressivement vers des rôles de Product Leader ou Manager Conseil.

🔍 Le profil recherché

  • 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en Product Management sur des produits digitaux
  • Compétences clés : Discovery, Delivery, méthodes agiles, pilotage de backlog et roadmap, culture data et orientation valeur
  • Soft skills : autonomie et esprit d'initiative, excellente communication client, rigueur et capacité d'analyse

💰 Rémunération : 46-58K€ fixe + variable + intéressement

📋 Process de recrutement

  1. Échange avec un recruteur (fit mutuel, parcours, projet)
  2. Cas pratique en live avec un Manager (90 min)
  3. Entretien de projection avec un VP ou cofondateur (90 min)
  4. Échange closing et proposition d'embauche
