Senior Data PM, Paris

Un dashboard de plus qui dort dans un drive. Tu as déjà vu ça, et tu sais ce qui manquait : quelqu'un qui décide.

Ce qui t'intéresse maintenant, ce n'est plus la donnée. C'est ce qu'on en fait.

Chez Hubvisory, tu relies la stratégie data de grands comptes à de la valeur produit concrète, à l'échelle d'un programme entier. Tu penses portefeuille de cas d'usage. Tu arbitres entre plusieurs squads. Et quand la priorité data numéro un d'un client n'est pas la bonne, tu le lui dis.

Ce que tu fais

Tu décides

  • Tu choisis les cas d'usage data à fort impact métier, sur tout un portefeuille
  • Tu construis la roadmap (innovation, industrialisation, run) avec une vision qui dépasse le trimestre
  • Tu tranches les choix structurants : architecture, qualité des sources, mise en prod

Tu fais avancer plusieurs squads en même temps

  • Tu coordonnes Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers et ML Engineers, en parallèle
  • Tu garantis la fiabilité en production : SLO, monitoring, alerting, post-mortems

Tu prouves que ça sert

  • Tu définis les KPIs de valeur et tu mesures l'adoption réelle de ce que tu déploies

Tu fais monter les autres

  • Tu structures la montée en compétence de PM Data plus juniors, sur un domaine qui bouge vite

Où ça te mène PM Data de référence en environnement grand compte. Puis, selon ton appétence : Product Leader, référent Data & IA ou Manager Conseil.

Rémunération 52-58K€ bruts fixes (Paris) + variable + participation aux résultats (jusqu'à 22% des bénéfices) + prime vacances (1% du fixe)

Ton profil 5 à 6 ans en Product Management, dont au moins 3 ans sur des produits data, Analytics ou IA, avec une vraie autonomie stratégique.

Les incontournables

  • Une culture data solide : data warehouse, ETL/ELT, cloud, SQL, concepts ML et Analytics
  • La capacité à challenger un sujet technique (APIs, modèles de données, architecture)
  • Une expérience de mentorat auprès de profils plus juniors

Ce qui fera la différence

  • MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow), dataviz (Power BI, Looker), gouvernance data (RGPD, IA Act)
  • Plusieurs produits data menés jusqu'en production, à l'échelle d'un programme
  • Un passage en grand compte ou en conseil

Côté posture : rigueur analytique, leadership transverse qui dépasse ta squad, communication qui s'impose face à des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
