En tant que Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior F/H, tu deviens la référence recrutement pour accompagner Hubvisory dans son développement, aux côtés de Florent, Head of Recruitment.

🎯 L'ambition ? Attirer les meilleurs experts Product & IA du marché. Sans jamais transformer l'expérience candidat en variable d'ajustement.

💶 Le package : 39-48K€ fixe + variable 15% + participation aux résultats.

👉 Tes missions :

  • Gérer le cycle de recrutement de A à Z sur des profils variés : Product Managers F/H, AI Engineers F/H, Consultants Change & Transformation F/H, Product Ops F/H...
  • Sourcer en direct les profils pénuriques
  • Conduire des entretiens de haut niveau, centrés sur les soft skills et la posture, pas seulement sur la check-list de compétences techniques
  • Piloter des recrutements exigeants sur des profils long terme, où la qualité prime sur la vitesse
  • Contribuer aux chantiers de l'équipe : outils, process, marque employeur

🛠️ Ta stack : Recruitee, LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome to the Jungle, AssessFirst pour la partie psychométrique, une licence Claude et nos assistants IA maison pour aller plus vite sur la rédaction et l'analyse. Pas d'outils dépassés à traîner.
