The posting

O Analista de Implantação será responsável por conduzir processos de treinamento, capacitação e orientação dos clientes para que possam operar a solução de forma autônoma e eficiente.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

- Realizar treinamentos remotos para capacitar usuários na operacionalização da folha; - Mapear processos de RH/DP dos clientes e propor as melhores práticas de utilização do sistema; - Acompanhar o cliente durante o período de treinamento, garantindo correta parametrização e utilização da ferramenta; - Produzir materiais de apoio (guias, manuais, FAQs) para treinamento dos usuários; - Prestar suporte consultivo ao cliente, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas às rotinas de folha de pagamento; - Garantir a aderência dos processos do cliente ao sistema implantado.

- Experiência prévia com implantação de sistemas de folha de pagamento ou atuação em departamento pessoal; - Conhecimento sólido em rotinas trabalhistas, encargos sociais e legislação de folha de pagamento; - Habilidade em conduzir treinamentos e capacitações de clientes; - Boa comunicação oral e escrita; - Organização e capacidade de gestão de prazos e entregas.
