Buscamos um Consultor de Gestão Empresarial Pleno para participar de projetos de consultoria estratégica, focando em diagnósticos, melhorias de processos e gestão financeira em consultoria localizada em Nova Lima/MG.

Você será responsável por:

▪ Participar de diagnósticos de gestão. ▪ Participar do planejamento de projetos de consultoria. ▪ Executar projetos de consultoria respeitando o planejamento e as orientações da liderança do projeto. ▪ Apoiar a implantação e operação de escritórios de projetos de clientes. ▪ Mapear, redesenhar, padronizar, automatizar e implantar processos. ▪ Elaborar análises financeiras. ▪ Preparar e conduzir apresentações de resultados em clientes. ▪ Definir e implantar indicadores de desempenho. ▪ Desdobrar metas. ▪ Implantar ferramentas de gestão. ▪ Treinar consultores juniores e equipes do cliente. ▪ Emitir o status report semanal dos projetos. ▪ Participar da elaboração do relatório de encerramento de cada projeto

▪ Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Ciências Contábeis e áreas afins. ▪ Domínio da gestão por processos, incluindo mapeamento, padronização e melhoria de processos. ▪ Conhecimento avançado na aplicação de PDCA, SDCA, DMAIC ou métodos similares, elaboração de Orçamento Base-Zero, gerenciamento de projetos e gestão do desempenho de equipes. ▪ Conhecimento intermediário de finanças empresariais. ▪ Experiência em definição e controle de indicadores de desempenho e desdobramento de metas, incluindo BSC, GPD, OKR ou métodos similares. ▪ Domínio avançado do pacote Microsoft Office. ▪ Conhecimento avançado do Power BI. ▪ Inglês avançado. ▪ Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e viagens.

Bônus semestral de acordo com alcance de meta da empresa e das metas individuais (o valor do bônus é de cerca de até duas vezes a remuneração mensal média )
