The posting

  • Coordenar a equipe contábil e fiscal, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando resultados.
  • Garantir a apuração correta de tributos diretos e indiretos e o cumprimento de obrigações acessórias.
  • Assegurar a integridade das demonstrações contábeis e conciliações.
  • Conduzir fechamentos contábeis mensais e anuais dentro dos prazos.
  • Atuar como ponto focal para auditorias internas e externas.
  • Implementar e revisar políticas, controles e procedimentos contábeis-fiscais.
  • Apoiar a gestão na análise de cenários tributários e impactos contábeis.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis.
  • CRC ativo.
  • Sólida experiência em coordenação contábil e fiscal em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Domínio de legislação tributária (federal, estadual e municipal) e normas contábeis (BRGAAP).
  • Vivência com fechamentos contábeis, conciliações e obrigações acessórias (SPED, ECF, ECD etc.).
  • Experiência em liderança de equipe e gestão de rotinas.
  • Excel intermediário/avançado.

Diferenciais:

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Controladoria, Tributário ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em IFRS.
  • Atuação prévia em ambientes com ERP de grande porte (SAP, Oracle, Totvs ou similar).
  • Experiência em projetos de automação e melhoria de processos contábeis-fiscais.
