Coordenador de Obras

Objetivo do cargo/Missão do cargo: Liderar a execução da obra, garantindo a entrega dentro do cronograma físico- financeiro e orçamento previstos, com excelência em qualidade, produtividade e custos, promovendo a integração eficaz entre todos os contratos sob sua gestão.

Principais responsabilidades:

 Elaborar cronogramas detalhados, definindo prazos e metas para cada etapa da obra. Planejar e organizar a logística do canteiro de obras, incluindo a disposição de equipamentos, materiais e pessoal.  Analisar projetos e especificações técnicas, identificando possíveis problemas e propondo soluções.  Preparar orçamentos, controlando os custos da obra e garantindo o uso eficiente dos recursos financeiros.  Analisar os riscos do projeto e propor medidas preventivas para evitar acidentes e atrasos.  Liderar e motivar a equipe de trabalho, distribuindo tarefas e supervisionando o desempenho de cada membro.  Coordenar a contratação de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, negociando contratos e garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e padrões de qualidade.  Gerenciar o estoque de materiais, controlando a entrada e saída de insumos e evitando desperdícios.  Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho, promovendo um ambiente seguro e saudável para todos os trabalhadores.  Monitorar o andamento da obra, verificando se as atividades estão sendo executadas de acordo com o cronograma e as especificações técnicas.  Realizar inspeções periódicas no canteiro de obras, identificando e corrigindo eventuais problemas.  Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho da obra, como custo, prazo e qualidade, e propor soluções para otimizar os resultados.  Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento da obra, informando o cliente sobre o andamento dos trabalhos e eventuais problemas.  Manter uma comunicação clara e eficiente com o cliente, informando sobre o andamento da obra e respondendo a suas dúvidas e solicitações.  Negociar e resolver conflitos com fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e outros envolvidos na obra.

 Representar a empresa em reuniões com órgãos públicos, empresas e outras partes interessadas.  Garantir o cumprimento das normas e regulamentos da construção civil.  Utilizar softwares de gestão de projetos e desenho técnico, como MS Project, AutoCAD e BIM.  Manter-se atualizado sobre as novas tecnologias e tendências da construção civil.

Escolaridade: Engenharia civil ou áreas afins Conhecimento técnico exigido: NR - 9 Programa de Conservação Auditiva; NR – 35 Trabalho em Altura NR 33 - Espaço Confinado; Leitura e Interpretação de desenho, Datasul, MS Project, Auto Cad, Caldeiraria, Montagem Industrial, Metrologia, Hidráulica.
