Como Gerente Corporativo de Contratos, você atuará em uma empresa de engenharia em crescimento, com portfólio robusto e atuação nacional, estruturando processos, políticas e indicadores para toda a organização.

  • Liderar a gestão corporativa de contratos de engenharia (obras, serviços e fornecimentos).
  • Definir políticas, padrões e modelos contratuais alinhados à estratégia da empresa.
  • Negociar cláusulas críticas com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros.
  • Mitigar riscos contratuais e apoiar a área jurídica em disputas.
  • Suportar times de projetos na interpretação e execução dos contratos.
  • Monitorar KPIs de performance contratual e propor melhorias contínuas.
  • Conduzir treinamentos e disseminar cultura de gestão de contratos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia
  • Sólida experiência em gestão de contratos de engenharia em nível de gerência.
  • Vivência com contratos de grande porte (EPC, EPCM, obras de infraestrutura ou industriais).
  • Conhecimento avançado em gestão de riscos, pleitos, aditivos e claims.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de Excel e sistemas de gestão contratual.
  • Habilidade comprovada de negociação com clientes e fornecedores estratégicos.
  • Disponibilidade para modelo CLT e eventuais viagens. Necessário inglês fluente

Diferenciais:

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos
  • Experiência em empresas de engenharia, mineração, construção pesada, óleo & gás ou energia.
  • Atuação prévia em ambiente corporativo com múltiplas unidades de negócio.
