Se você é referência em manutenção predial e gosta de liderar equipes técnicas, esta oportunidade é para você. Buscamos um Supervisor de Manutenção Predial para garantir a operação segura, eficiente e contínua de nossas instalações.

Você atuará em uma empresa sólida, em fase de expansão, com forte investimento em infraestrutura, tecnologia e melhoria contínua. Seu papel será estratégico para assegurar a disponibilidade dos ativos, o conforto dos usuários e a otimização de custos de manutenção.

  • Supervisionar equipe de manutenção predial (própria e terceirizada).
  • Planejar e acompanhar manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas.
  • Controlar ordens de serviço, prazos e qualidade das entregas.
  • Gerir contratos de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.
  • Garantir o cumprimento de normas técnicas, de segurança e meio ambiente.
  • Acompanhar inspeções, vistorias e auditorias em instalações.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs).

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência comprovada em supervisão de manutenção predial ou facilities.
  • Formação superior em Engenharia Civil.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas elétricos, hidráulicos, HVAC, civil e automação predial.
  • Vivência com planejamento de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.
  • Habilidade em liderança de equipes operacionais e gestão de terceiros.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de controle de manutenção (planilhas ou sistemas CMMS).
