Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag eines unserer exklusiven Kunden nach einem CNC-Einrichter Drehtechnik (m/w/d) im Raum Tuttlingen .

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für unsere CNC-Dreh- und Dreh-Fräszentren und richten diese selbstständig ein, rüsten sie um und bedienen sie sicher im laufenden Betrieb
  • Das Einfahren von Programmen sowie die Durchführung von Werkzeug- und Maßkorrekturen gehören für Sie zum Arbeitsalltag, sodass eine hohe Prozess- und Teilequalität jederzeit gewährleistet ist
  • Der sichere Umgang mit komplexen CNC-Drehmaschinen, Haupt- und Gegenspindeln sowie angetriebenen Werkzeugen ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie erkennen Störungen und Bearbeitungsabweichungen frühzeitig und beheben diese möglichst eigenständig, um einen reibungslosen Fertigungsablauf sicherzustellen
  • Bauteile prüfen Sie eigenverantwortlich anhand von technischen Zeichnungen und Prüfvorgaben und beurteilen dabei die Einhaltung aller Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Mit Ihrem Fachwissen wirken Sie aktiv an der Optimierung von Werkzeugen, Standzeiten und Bearbeitungsprozessen mit und leisten so einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Von der Einrichtung über die Fertigung bis hin zur Freigabe der Bauteile übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den gesamten Bearbeitungsprozess und stellen eine termingerechte sowie qualitativ hochwertige Ausführung sicher
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanung oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Drehen und im selbstständigen Einrichten
  • Erfahrung an Dreh-Fräszentren mit Haupt- und Gegenspindel sowie Kenntnisse mit C- und Y-Achsen, idealerweise auch mit B-Achse
  • Erfahrung mit FANUC-Steuerungen oder vergleichbaren CNC-Steuerungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Messmitteln, Werkzeugen und Schnittdaten
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft in Schicht zu arbeiten
