Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag eines unserer exklusiven Kunden nach einem Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d) im Raum Kolbingen.

  • Durchführung der serienbegleitenden Qualitätsprüfung in der Fertigung sowie Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangskontrollen
  • Prüfung von Bauteilen mit gängigen Mess- und Prüfmitteln sowie unterstützend mit Messmaschinen
  • Freigabe von Fertigungsaufträgen und Arbeitsgängen nach Prüfplan
  • Durchführung von Stichprobenkontrollen im laufenden Produktionsprozess
  • Unterstützung der Fertigung bei qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Verwaltung und Betreuung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Erstbemusterungen und Prüfdokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung der internen Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. im Metallbereich, oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Handmessmitteln und Prüfmitteln
  • Erfahrung in der Fertigungs- oder Qualitätskontrolle wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Messmaschinen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
