WE ARE HIRING: Executive – HR Business Partner

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Industry: Conglomerate / Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Executive – HR Business Partner to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations within a fast-growing BPO environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent management, relationship building, and creating positive employee experiences while supporting key HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with headhunters, universities, professional institutes, and other talent partners.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, and networking sessions.
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment, attrition, and HR-related reports.
  • Support the performance management process by coordinating evaluations, reviews, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate and participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative processes.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment within a BPO environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and energetic approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
