About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Executive / Junior Executive – Corporate Travel to join its Corporate Travel division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with corporate clients, manage travel requirements, build strong business relationships, and contribute to the delivery of seamless travel solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and convert potential customers into corporate accounts.
  • Liaise with corporate travel coordinators and provide competitive travel solutions and fare options.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards and performance metrics are consistently achieved.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and agents to manage bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives through effective account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional support.
  • Assist in expanding the corporate client portfolio through proactive relationship-building activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales-related information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Professional qualification in IATA.
  • Experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) will be an added advantage.
  • An existing customer base or industry network will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requirements efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
