WE ARE HIRING: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Energy / Clean Energy Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking a target-driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strong client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to the growth of renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various solar energy sectors.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Develop and present customized proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Handle sales pipeline activities including follow-ups, negotiations, and post-sales support.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and applications of solar energy systems.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored customer solutions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead generation, customer acquisition costs, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to improve sales and marketing performance.
  • Adjust business strategies based on market feedback and industry developments.
  • Collect marketing materials from ongoing and completed installations.
  • Identify online and offline marketing opportunities and present recommendations to management.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales and marketing with a strong focus on target achievement.
  • Business development and client relationship management experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Interest or experience in renewable energy or solar energy solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
