Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and responsible individuals who are ready to begin their professional careers and grow with our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for school leavers who have completed their A/Ls and are looking to gain practical workplace experience, develop new skills, and build a long-term career. Previous work experience is not required, as training and guidance will be provided.

The successful candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethics, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day company activities and assigned operational tasks

Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Learn and follow company procedures, policies, and established work processes

Support team members in achieving daily and monthly targets and objectives

Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required deadlines

Maintain a positive, responsible, and professional attitude in the workplace

Take initiative to learn new skills and continuously improve individual performance

Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth daily operations

Assist in resolving basic operational issues and escalate matters when necessary

Maintain accurate information, records, or documentation related to assigned responsibilities

Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and accountability in all assigned duties

Candidate Profile

Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level examinations

School leavers are encouraged to apply

No previous work experience is required

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of English will be an advantage

Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately

Ability to work independently when required

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good teamwork and basic problem-solving abilities

Willingness to take responsibility and learn from feedback
