Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant – UK with proven counselling and conversion expertise. The role requires strong ownership of student pipelines, university portfolio knowledge, and visa compliance processes to consistently deliver high conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

UK Counselling & Conversion Ownership

  • Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in UK student counselling Demonstrated ability to achieve 30–40+ student numbers annually (applications visas) Strong track record across UG & PG placements

University Portfolio & Market Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of UK universities including Russell Group, London institutions, and pathway providers Familiarity with admission criteria, scholarships, deposit policies, and CAS processes Ability to guide students on university/program selection strategically

Visa & Compliance Expertise

  • Strong understanding of UK visa processes, financial documentation, and credibility interview requirements Ability to screen financials, SOPs, and documentation to maintain high visa success ratios Awareness of UKVI regulations and changing policy trends

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Proven UK counselling and conversion performance Strong application-to-visa ratio management

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and student advisory skills High attention to documentation and compliance accuracy Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
