About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Executives/ Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to support the sales and marketing of residential apartment projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating and converting qualified leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, and agents. This role requires a commercially focused professional with proven experience in real estate sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly apartment sales targets.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, phone inquiries, and property exhibitions.
  • Convert prospective buyers into site visits, reservations, and completed sales transactions.
  • Conduct professional property presentations and showcase apartment projects to potential buyers.
  • Explain project features, specifications, payment plans, and investment benefits to customers.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update all customer interactions within the CRM system.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Support broker meetings, real estate exhibitions, and direct marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Leverage professional networks and referral channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property brokers, real estate agencies, and financial advisors.
  • Support activities that drive brand awareness and project visibility in the market.

Deal Structuring & Customer Support

  • Explain payment schedules, reservation procedures, and purchasing requirements to customers.
  • Assist in preparing reservation agreements and sales documentation.
  • Guide customers throughout the purchasing process from inquiry to handover.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain customer databases and CRM records accurately.
  • Track lead status, site visits, reservations, and sales conversions.
  • Prepare sales activity reports and performance updates.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Experience selling high-rise apartments, residential developments, or luxury property projects will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work within a performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and commercially focused.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
