In unserem Spezialistenteam Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) berätst Du Mandanten aus dem Healthcare-Bereich rund um Unternehmensplanung, Controlling und finanzielle Steuerung. Dabei verbindest Du fundierte Finanzanalysen mit unserer Branchenkompetenz im Gesundheitswesen und übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte und Themen.

  • Erstellung und Plausibilisierung integrierter Unternehmensplanungen, Forecasts und Finanzanalysen für Unternehmen der Gesundheitswirtschaft
  • Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen, Liquidität und Working Capital sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung von Unternehmensbewertungen, Quality-of-Earnings-Analysen und kurzfristigen Liquiditätsplanungen
  • Beratung unserer Mandanten bei der Weiterentwicklung von Planungs-, Reporting- und Controllingstrukturen
  • Eigenständige Steuerung von Teilprojekten sowie direkter Austausch mit Mandanten und Finanzierungspartnern im Healthcare-Umfeld
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL oder eines MINT-orientierten Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Accounting
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in FP&A, Controlling, Consulting, Deal Advisory oder Restrukturierung
  • Erfahrung im Financial Modelling und in der integrierten Unternehmensplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint, idealerweise ergänzt um Kenntnisse in Planungstools oder BI-Lösungen
  • Analytische Stärke, ein souveränes Auftreten und Freude daran, Dich in Unternehmen und Strukturen der Gesundheitswirtschaft einzuarbeiten
