Als Praktikant (m/w/d) bei der i-capital GmbH arbeitest Du an nationalen und internationalen M&A-Transaktionen mit und erhältst Einblicke in den gesamten Prozess – von Markt- und Unternehmensanalysen über Bewertungen bis hin zur Ansprache potenzieller Targets und Investoren.

  • Aktive Mitarbeit an M&A-Transaktionen auf Käufer- und Verkäuferseite
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Unternehmensanalysen
  • Mitwirkung bei Unternehmensbewertungen, Finanzmodellen, Investment Memoranden und Pitch-Unterlagen
  • Recherche und Identifikation potenzieller Targets und Investoren für Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-Projekte
  • Unterstützung bei der Steuerung und Koordination laufender Transaktionsprozesse und Due-Diligence-Projekte
  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Idealerweise Schwerpunkt in Finance, M&A oder Finanzierung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in M&A, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory oder einem transaktionsnahen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an Zahlen, Unternehmensanalysen und strategischen Fragestellungen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
