🚀 Analista Sênior de Implantação de Novos Negócios

Estamos em um momento de expansão do time e buscamos uma pessoa com perfil sênior, visão estratégica e alta autonomia para atuar na implantação de novos negócios, produtos, soluções e iniciativas de alta complexidade.

Essa pessoa terá um papel importante na conexão entre negócio, tecnologia, operações e governança, conduzindo iniciativas de implantação de ponta a ponta e garantindo que as soluções sejam implementadas de forma estruturada, escalável e sustentável.

Principais desafios:

• Liderar implantações estratégicas e de alta complexidade, envolvendo novos parceiros, produtos e soluções;

• Coordenar diferentes frentes de trabalho e dependências críticas, garantindo uma visão integrada das iniciativas;

• Conduzir iniciativas de implantação de ponta a ponta, conectando estratégia, solução, execução e operação;

• Desenhar jornadas end-to-end, processos, soluções e modelos operacionais;

• Estruturar cenários, alternativas, trade-offs e recomendações para apoiar decisões críticas;

• Conduzir alinhamentos e fóruns com sponsors, executivos, parceiros e diferentes áreas da organização;

• Antecipar riscos operacionais, tecnológicos, financeiros, regulatórios e reputacionais, estruturando planos de mitigação e contingência;

• Definir estratégias de testes, readiness e critérios de aceite para iniciativas críticas;

• Consolidar recomendações de go/no-go, considerando riscos, impactos, contingências e condições para lançamento;

• Acompanhar go-live, estabilização e transição das iniciativas para a operação;

• Contribuir para a evolução dos processos e padrões de implantação, compartilhando aprendizados e apoiando o desenvolvimento do time.

O que buscamos:

✔ Experiência sólida em implantação de novos negócios, governança e gestão de riscos;

✔ Experiência na condução de iniciativas complexas e multidisciplinares;

✔ Capacidade de atuar com autonomia em ambientes de mudança, complexidade e ambiguidade;

✔ Forte habilidade de gestão e influência de stakeholders, incluindo lideranças, executivos e parceiros;

✔ Comunicação executiva, capacidade de síntese e facilidade para condução de fóruns e workshops;

✔ Visão sistêmica e capacidade de avaliar impactos ponta a ponta;

✔ Experiência com construção de cenários, roadmaps, business cases, jornadas e modelos operacionais;

✔ Perfil colaborativo e capacidade de atuar como referência para outros profissionais do time.
