Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Owner Sênior para atuar de forma 100% remota.

Atribuições do cargo

  • Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (daily, planning, review, retro) para garantir alinhamento e ritmo de entrega.
  • Escrever e refinar histórias de usuário com clareza e foco em valor.
  • Conduzir o discovery com o time para explorar problemas e oportunidades.
  • Organizar sessões de brainstorming com design e engenharia.
  • Acompanhar testes de usabilidade e sessões de feedback com usuários.
  • Validar entregas junto ao time técnico antes da entrada em Produção
  • Atualizar e manter o backlog priorizado com base em aprendizados e mudanças de contexto.
  • Compartilhar contexto de negócio e visão do produto com o time para orientar decisões.
  • Monitorar métricas operacionais e de produto com o time de dados.
  • Documentar decisões de produto e aprendizados para garantir alinhamento e histórico.
  • Promover integração entre áreas (negócio, atendimento, marketing) e o time de produto.
  • Garantir que o time tenha clareza sobre os objetivos e impacto das entregas.
  • Atuar em produtos, projetos ou iniciativas que utilizem Inteligência Artificial, contribuindo para a identificação de casos de uso, definição de requisitos, priorização e evolução das soluções de IA

Experiências

  • Experiência sólida em Gestão de Produtos Digitais, com foco em retenção, engajamento e geração de valor para o cliente;
  • Experiência com produtos, projetos ou soluções envolvendo Inteligência Artificial (IA);
  • Desejável experiência com Gestão de Projetos.

Soft Skills

Proatividade, pensamento analítico, adaptabilidade a cenários complexos e de mudanças, comunicação clara e assertiva, empatia, resolução de problemas, colaboração, visão estratégica e gestão de conflitos.

Skills Técnicos

Análise e interpretação de métricas; Conhecimento aprofundado em cultura de produtos; Cultura e metodologias ágeis; Conhecimento relacionado a fraude; Conhecimento e experiência prática com Inteligência Artificial aplicada a produtos e negócios.

Formação

Superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas; Desejável certificação CSPO, PSPO ou Pós-graduação em Gestão de Produtos e/ou Projetos.
