Estamos buscando um(a) Product Owner Sênior para atuar em um projeto estratégico de transformação da jornada de Sinistros, conectando Negócio, Operações e Tecnologia para transformar desafios e oportunidades em soluções digitais concretas.

Buscamos uma pessoa com forte autonomia, visão de produto e perfil hands-on, que vá além da gestão de backlog e tenha capacidade para investigar problemas, estruturar soluções, testar hipóteses e conduzir iniciativas da ideia à implementação.

📌 Principais desafios da posição:

  • Construir e evoluir experiências digitais para os diferentes públicos envolvidos na jornada de Sinistros;
  • Evoluir workflows, regras de negócio, integrações e automações;
  • Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de IA em análise documental, validações, apoio à decisão e automação de processos;
  • Desenvolver e testar soluções relacionadas à identificação e prevenção de fraude, desperdício e abuso (FWA);
  • Conduzir discoveries, testes, pilotos e provas de conceito;
  • Acompanhar resultados e propor a evolução contínua das soluções implementadas.

🔎 No dia a dia, você será responsável por:

  • Entender problemas da jornada e transformá-los em hipóteses e soluções de produto;
  • Conduzir discovery, refinamentos e priorização de iniciativas;
  • Construir e gerenciar roadmap e backlog;
  • Elaborar histórias de usuário, regras de negócio e critérios de aceite;
  • Atuar de forma próxima a times de Tecnologia, UX, Arquitetura, Operações e Dados;
  • Identificar oportunidades de digitalização e automação;
  • Explorar ferramentas de IA e low-code/no-code para acelerar testes e validações;
  • Reportar resultados e apresentar as iniciativas conduzidas às lideranças.

💡 O que buscamos:

  • Experiência como Product Owner, Product Manager ou posição equivalente;
  • Domínio de discovery, roadmap, backlog, refinamento e histórias de usuário;
  • Experiência trabalhando com times multidisciplinares;
  • Vivência com produtos digitais, workflows, integrações e automações;
  • Perfil analítico, estruturado, proativo e com forte capacidade de execução;
  • Excel avançado;
  • Inglês fluente e espanhol intermediário, devido ao contato periódico com times internacionais.

⭐ Diferenciais:

  • Experiência no segmento de Seguros e/ou Sinistros;
  • Conhecimento em PEGA ou plataformas low-code/no-code;
  • Experiência prática com Inteligência Artificial e automação de processos, especialmente aplicada a jornadas operacionais.

Condições:

  • 12 dias úteis de férias remuneradas após 1 ano de trabalho;
  • Equipamento fornecido para atuação profissional;
  • Contratação PJ (ME);
  • Modelo híbrido, com 3 dias presenciais por semana na região da Berrini – São Paulo/SP.
