Sobre a posição

Você fará parte de um time responsável por desenvolver a nova geração de produtos de dados, incluindo APIs, serviços e iniciativas de Inteligência Artificial aplicada. Procuramos uma pessoa com sólida experiência em Python e engenharia de software, que tenha interesse em construir sistemas escaláveis e explorar o uso de LLMs e agentes em produtos reais.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver novos serviços e APIs em Python com foco em qualidade, desempenho e escalabilidade.
  • Projetar e implementar soluções seguindo boas práticas de arquitetura e engenharia de software.
  • Construir e manter pipelines de dados e workflows utilizando ferramentas como Prefect ou similares.
  • Atuar em iniciativas de IA aplicada, incluindo agentes, Document AI, RAG e automação de processos.
  • Participar das decisões de arquitetura e da evolução técnica dos produtos.
  • Escrever testes automatizados e contribuir para a qualidade do código por meio de code reviews.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Sólida experiência com Python para desenvolvimento backend.
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de APIs REST e microsserviços.
  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e SQL.
  • Experiência com pipelines de dados e/ou ferramentas de orquestração de workflows, como Prefect, Airflow ou similares.
  • Conhecimento em testes automatizados e boas práticas de qualidade de software.
  • Experiência com Git, code reviews e desenvolvimento colaborativo.
  • Conhecimento de arquitetura de software e padrões de desenvolvimento.
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos com desenvolvimento em Python.
  • Inglês avançado.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com FastAPI.
  • Experiência com LLMs, agentes, RAG ou outras soluções de IA aplicada.
  • Experiência com Document AI ou extração estruturada de documentos.
  • Conhecimento em Docker, Kubernetes e plataformas de nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
  • Experiência com observabilidade e monitoramento de aplicações.
