Engenheiro de Software Fullstack Sênior (Inglês avançado ou fluente)

Estamos buscando uma pessoa Desenvolvedora Full Stack Sênior para atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução de aplicações modernas, escaláveis e de alta disponibilidade.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Projetar, desenvolver e manter aplicações full stack escaláveis, confiáveis e eficientes utilizando ReactJS, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB e PostgreSQL;
  • Garantir a estabilidade, confiabilidade e eficiência das aplicações e de sua infraestrutura;
  • Identificar oportunidades de otimização de performance, escalabilidade e disponibilidade;
  • Implementar e acompanhar soluções de monitoramento contínuo e alertas;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de desenvolvimento na identificação e resolução de gargalos técnicos e de performance;
  • Realizar análises de causa raiz de incidentes e erros em produção, propondo melhorias para evitar recorrências;
  • Desenvolver e executar testes unitários, contribuindo para a qualidade e confiabilidade do código;
  • Utilizar Git como ferramenta de versionamento e colaboração no dia a dia do desenvolvimento;
  • Contribuir com boas práticas de engenharia, qualidade de código e evolução contínua das soluções

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida de 5 anos ou mais em desenvolvimento Full Stack;
  • Experiência com ReactJS e Node.js/NestJS;
  • Conhecimento sólido em MongoDB e PostgreSQL, incluindo desenvolvimento e otimização de aplicações;
  • Experiência com boas práticas de Engenharia de Software, incluindo princípios como SOLID e Clean Code;
  • Familiaridade com soluções SaaS e plataformas escaláveis;
  • Conhecimento de bibliotecas, frameworks e metodologias de testes unitários;
  • Experiência com Git e boas práticas de versionamento;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de monitoramento, observabilidade e resposta a incidentes;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente para comunicação no dia a dia.
