1、具备大厂3年以上产品开发质量管理经验 2、熟悉宠物食品原料特性、加工工艺、成品法规等要求 2、熟练运用DFMEA/PFMEA、8D、5Why2H、QC七大手法、PDCA、Minitab等质量分析工具 3、有风险预判能力，并敢于暴露问题 4、有责任心，上进心，踏实肯干、良好的沟通能力与内外部协调能力，有大局观。
