岗位职责： 一、体系搭建与优化管理 1、主导建立、实施、维护ISO22000、HACCP、BRCGS、FSSC22000等宠物食品质量安全管理体系。 2、制定/修订质量手册、程序文件、作业指导书（SOP）、检验标准，确保符合GB 14993、饲料质量安全管理条例及国内外法规。 3、组织年度内审、管理评审、外审（客户/第三方），推动不符合项整改闭环。 4、品质日报、周会KPI、QC数据月度管理与优化 二、核心业务驱动能力 1、定期稽核体系运行的有效性、对关键问题点层别，分析闭环路径，推进责任方进行落地整改。 2、掌握宠物膨化、烘焙、湿粮等基础工艺，熟悉关键控制点与控制方法。 3、敏感的洞察能力，从日常会议总结改善突破点，从流程、制度上对现有问题点进行改善。 4、熟悉宠物食品工艺：膨化、烘焙、冻干、湿粮、烘干。 三、 综合素质 1、严谨、细致、责任心强、数据敏感、原则性强。 2、良好沟通、协调、推动、解决问题能力。 3、具备跨部门协作、项目管理、文档编写能力

任职要求： 1、熟悉宠物食品法规（GB 14993、饲料条例、AAFCO、欧盟标准）。 2、精通质量工具：QC七大手法、SPC、FMEA、8D、5Why。 3、 3-5年宠物食品/饲料行业质量/体系工作经验。 4、有ISO22000、HACCP、BRCGS体系搭建/审核经验优先。 5、 有头部宠物食品企业（乖宝、福贝、中宠等）经验优先。 6、ISO体系内审员/外审员、CQE、CQA、六西格玛绿带/黑带。
