岗位职责 1、负责宠物食品各类原料质量特性研究，建立验收规范与检验要点。 2、开展原料全生命周期质量风险识别与评估，包括原料本身风险、掺假风险、农兽药残留、微生物、重金属、过敏原等安全风险。 3、负责跟踪并研究原料经加工（膨化、烘干、蒸煮、喷雾干燥等）后的理化、营养、安全指标变化，评估加工过程对原料品质及成品质量的影响。 4、负责对研发制定的原料标准评审，参与新品开发、配方调整、供应商引入时的原料准入评审。 5、负责组织原料质量风险评审，制定风险控制措施、纠偏预案及持续改进计划。 6、对接生产、研发、采购，解决原料进厂检验、生产过程异常、成品质量投诉中的原料相关问题。 7、参与原料供应商审核及原料质量改善项目，推动供应商质量能力提升。 8、收集国内外宠物食品法规、行业标准，更新原料质量管控要求，确保合规。 9、建立原料质量数据库，进行质量数据分析，输出质量改善报告。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，动物营养、食品科学与工程、质量检测、粮油/畜牧相关专业优先。 有宠物食品/饲料/食品行业原料质量管理相关经验，熟悉宠物食品常用原料（肉粉、油脂、谷物、添加剂、辅料等）优先。 2、熟悉各类原料质量特性、关键指标、掺假识别、典型缺陷及安全风险点。 3、了解宠物食品加工工艺，能判断原料在加工过程中的品质变化及对成品的影响。 4、具备端到端标准评审、风险评估、HACCP等质量工具应用能力。 5、熟悉国标、宠物食品/饲料相关法规及食品安全管控要求，具备合规意识。 6、逻辑清晰，具备良好的问题分析、跨部门沟通与推动落地能力。 7、能独立完成检验方案、风险报告、标准文件编制。
