【岗位职责】：

1. 品牌战略与规划 1）依据公司战略，制定品牌年度/三年品牌战略，包括品牌定位、品牌手册、VI 手册、品牌资产梳理、IP联名及跨界合作规划； 2）主导品牌健康度监测（认知、偏好、忠诚、溢价能力），输出年度品牌资产盘点与优化方案； 3）统筹主品牌与产品线及产品矩阵的品牌策略统一，支撑品类增长与差异化；

2. 整合营销全案操盘 1）制定年度品牌传播计划与预算，统筹线上（抖音/快手/小红书/B站/视频号/电商平台）、线下（宠物展会、用户活动、公关事件）整合营销落地； 2）主导大型Campaign（如618、双11、IP联名），从策略、创意、预算、执行到复盘全链路负责；

3. 团队与跨部门管理 1）带领10-15人品牌团队，负责目标拆解、工作分配、绩效评估与人才培养； 2）协同产品、研发、销售、电商、供应链、设计等部门，确保品牌策略在产品、包装、渠道、服务各环节落地一致； 3）建立并管理公司视觉识别系统，输出品牌管理规范（VI、话术、内容审核），保障品牌形象与各触点价值传递统一；

【岗位要求】： 1）3-5年以上快消领域品牌市场经验； 2）熟悉电商IP营销，操盘落地过千万级及以上项目； 3）5人以上团队管理经验；
