1. 全面负责抖音平台宠物主粮/零食/用品全渠道运营管理，制定抖音渠道整体运营策略、年度/季度销售规划，完成GMV、利润、用户增长等核心业绩指标 2. 统筹抖音店铺、直播、短视频、达人合作、付费投流全链路业务，搭建爆款打造方法论，负责单品从0到1的爆品孵化与生命周期管理 3. 精通抖音电商规则与流量逻辑，熟练运用巨量千川、DOU+等推广工具，做好付费投流ROI管控与流量效率优化，实现自然流+付费流双增长 4. 负责抖音团队的搭建、管理、培训与考核，制定团队工作流程与SOP，统筹运营、主播、投手、短视频编导等岗位的工作协同 5. 持续洞察宠物行业抖音大盘趋势、竞品运营策略与用户需求变化，及时调整运营策略与货品结构，保持渠道核心竞争力 6. 负责抖音渠道库存周转管控、货款与账务管理，统筹对接供应链、客服、售后等部门，保障渠道业务顺畅运转 7. 负责抖音平台品牌内容建设与用户心智运营，搭建品牌私域流量体系，提升用户复购率与品牌忠诚度

1. 3年以上抖音电商运营经验，具备成熟的抖音电商全渠道运营能力，精通抖音平台规则、流量逻辑、电商玩法，能独立制定渠道整体运营策略 2. 具备宠物类目爆款打造能力，独立操盘过月销100万以上爆款单品，有完整的单品从0到1的爆品孵化经验，熟悉宠物主粮/零食/用品等品类特性优先 3. 精通巨量千川、DOU+等抖音付费推广工具，有百万级巨量千川投流操盘经验，具备强的投流ROI管控能力与流量优化能力 4. 具备优秀的市场洞察与用户分析能力，能精准把握宠物行业抖音大盘趋势、竞品动态与用户需求 5. 具备强的跨部门协同能力，能统筹供应链、直播、短视频、客服等多部门高效协同 6.具备团队管理经验优先：有3人以上抖音运营团队管理经验，能带领团队完成业绩目标，有团队搭建与管理的成功案例 7.养宠或喜欢宠物优先
