【岗位工作内容】 一、种养殖技术指导（40%）​ 跟踪肉粉（禽类/畜类）、红薯、鸽子等大宗原料的种植/养殖全过程，输出品种选择、饲喂与田间管理、采收及初加工时点等技术指导； 制定并落地关键工艺参数与操作规程（SOP），推动共建基地按研发要求稳定产出。 二、风险识别与防控（30%）​ 建立原料端风险清单（疫病、药残/农残、重金属、霉菌毒素、气候与周期波动、供应集中度等），制定预警指标与防控预案； 参与共建基地现场审核与过程巡检，对异常快速响应并提出处置方案。 三、原料标准建立与验证（20%）​ 协同原料工程师与配方团队，完成原料取样、验证与质量评价，建立并持续优化原料验收标准； 沉淀种养殖端技术资料与数据，形成可复用的原料知识库。 四、跨部门协同（10%）​ 与采购、质量、生产及共建方高效协同，推动原料端问题闭环。

【岗位任职要求】 1、农学、动物科学/动物医学、饲料科学、食品科学等相关专业，5 年以上原料种养殖或饲料原料技术相关经验，宠物食品/饲料/农牧行业背景。 2、熟悉肉粉、红薯、鸽子等大宗原料的种植或养殖生产环节与质量标准；掌握原料质量安全关键控制点（农残/药残、霉菌毒素、重金属等）及检验方法；具备动物营养、饲料原料或作物种植相关专业知识，理解原料成本与供应链逻辑。 3、具备现场技术指导与问题诊断能力，能下沉基地解决实际问题；具备风险识别、预警指标与应急预案的编写能力；能独立编写技术指导文件与风险报告，熟练使用办公软件。 4、有主导或参与原料基地建设、共建项目、供应商技术帮扶的完整经历；有将原料端要求转化为种养殖工艺标准并落地的经验（如品种/饲喂方案优化、原料品质提升项目）。 5、踏实肯干，愿意深入基地一线；原则性强，对质量与安全不妥协；具备较好的学习力、自驱力与总结沉淀能力；沟通协调能力强，能与共建方、合作农户有效对接。 其他：工作地点江苏新沂，需接受共建基地出差
